Now this so funny story my name is Jo Anne my first name is Jo Jo middle name is Anna with capital A all my paperwork that they have was spelled that way they sent me a necklace it was spelled JoeAnne. So I called the third party distributor they sent me email back asking to send them a picture of the necklace as I did within two weeks I had a new one for this with your right name on it so they did make it right and it’s beautiful always wanted one of these wish I could afford a gold one if you happen to spell your name with a e I will send to you.
