item was exactly as described. my wife loved it. great craftsmanship. I was a bit skeptical about how legible the writing would be given the size of the pendant but it was better than expected. would definitely recommend this shop and will shop here again.

i ordered this on 12/6 and said it would be here on 12/20-12/21. it’s now 12/23 and said it’s just now hitting TX and I’m in TN. said 12/8 shipping label created and didn’t even get put in the mail till 12/21. reached out to owner for questions and didn’t even receive a valid answer. I’ll update if it ever comes in, so much for early Christmas shopping and supporting small businesses lol
